Campers/touring guests can arrive from 1pm – we like to make sure that any maintenance has been carried out before you arrive so you can enjoy your stay! We don’t have a waiting area so we suggest calling us on 01736 710605 if you think you’re going to be earlier than this – this doesn’t mean that we’ll necessarily be able to get you on your pitch earlier though but we always do our best. Camping guests need to depart by 11am.
Self-catering guests can arrive from 3pm. This is to make sure that our wonderful cleaning staff have enough time to work their magic – we can often have as many as 7 changeovers in a day, which involves many staff cleaning! We do try to ‘get you in’ to your lodge as early as possible, if you’d like to, let us know so we can call you when it’s ready. Self-catering guests need to depart by 10am.
