CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 

 

1. The person making the booking is accepting the booking conditions on behalf of and with the consent of all members of the party.

 

2. We reserve the right to re-let any pitch or lodge after 24 hours from the booking date, (1p.m. the day after booked arrival date) unless otherwise notified.

 

3. The number of persons occupying the pitch or lodge must not include, without prior agreement, any persons not named on the booking form.

 

4. No bookings will be accepted from unaccompanied persons under 18 years of age, or any all male, all female, or mixed groups less than 25 years of age.

 

5. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from groups, or persons taking part in club or championship activities: i.e: sailing, diving, windsurfing.

 

6. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation less than six weeks before holiday begins. The balance due must be paid in full, unless we succeed in re-letting, or it is covered by a holiday cancellation plan. With more than six weeks notice, the deposit only will be forfeit. Every effort will be made to re-let, and monies repaid should we be successful within one month. An administration charge of £25 per weeks booking is mandatory and includes clients with holiday cancellation plan. Booking amendments:-substantial changes to bookings may carry an administration charge of £25.

 

7. Early departure: In the event of departure prior to booked departure days, no refunds will be due. Every effort will be made to re-let the pitch and any monies received by re-letting will be refunded minus the mandatory £25 administration charge. No responsibility will be taken by the site proprietors for inclement conditions.

 

8. Where dogs have been permitted by prior arrangement and fees paid, dogs should never be left unattended on the site. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times whilst on the site. Dogs should be exercised off site. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog causing a nuisance to remove it from the park.

 

9.  We reserve the right to refuse any booking application, and to evict any party causing a nuisance, or not adhering to site rules.

 

10. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising to any persons using the site. Nor do we accept any responsibility for any damage occasioned to personal property, motor vehicles or pets brought to the site.

 

11. To confirm with stringent health and safety laws, children under 16 must be accompanied in the swimming pool by a responsible adult over 18 years of age at all times, irrespective of the child’s swimming ability.

 

12. Wheal Rodney operates a “quiet after 10p.m. policy”, so noise after 10p.m. must be kept to a minimum, including T.V. volumes in caravans and tents. Complaints about noise are taken seriously, and can result in the offending party being asked to leave. No refund of fees is payable in this instance.

 

13. Young children camping on site under 8 years must be accompanied at all times to the shower/toilet block.

 

14. Pitches are available from 1p.m. on the day of arrival. And must be vacated (unless previously arranged) by 11a.m. on departure day. Lodges are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

 

15. Latest arrivals on site for booking in is 8p.m. We will not accept arrivals after this time if it is felt that disturbance will be caused to other guests.

 

16. Every effort has been made to ensure that the details contained in our brochure are full & accurate. We are unable to accept any responsibility for facilities advertised which are subsequently found not to be available.
